• E gift cards can be redeemed before or after your treatment at KRITSANA
• E gift cards can not be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
• Treat your E gift card as an equivalent of cash, if lost or stolen, e gift cards will not be replaced and are non refundable.
• Your e gift cards will come with a 3 years expiry date from the date of purchase. Expired e gift cards do not retain any value.
• Cancelation within 24 hrs of your appointment may result in a cancellation fee being charged to the e gift card.
• E gift card(s) can not be claimed for any health fund rebates.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Your time is valuable and so is mine! so I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows me the opportunity to offer your spot to someone else in need of care.
Cancellation Fees:
48 hours or more notice: NO FEE
24 hour notice 50% of the service fee will be charged.
Same day CANCELLATION or NO SHOWS: 100% of the service fee will be charged.
Please note: No deposit is required when booking. How ever, a valid card is needed to secure your appointment. If you cancel late or do not show up, the applicable fee will be automatically charged to your card on file.
