CHANGES & RESCHEDULING:
If you need to make changes to your appointment, please do so MORE THAN 48 HOURS BEFORE the scheduled time.
Appointment may be RESCHEDULED ONCE ONLY when notice is given MORE THAN 48 HOURS BEFORE the appointment.
LATE CHANGES (24-48 HOURS)
Changes made WITHIN 48 HOURS of the appointment will result in the LOSS OF THE 50% DEPOSIT.
SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING & NO SHOW OR FAILURE TO ATTEND WILL INCUR THE FULL TREATMENT FEE.
